What business intelligence actually means for a Cyprus business
Business intelligence is the unglamorous work of getting your numbers into one place, agreeing what they mean, and putting them in front of the people who make decisions — automatically, on a schedule, without anyone rebuilding a spreadsheet at month end.
For most companies we meet in Cyprus, the problem is not a shortage of data. It is that the data sits in four or five places that disagree with each other: the accounting system, a POS or booking platform, a CRM, and an archaeology of Excel files on somebody's laptop.

A first dashboard covering one area — sales, cash, or operations — is typically a two to six week engagement starting around €2,000. That gets you automated data collection, an agreed set of metrics, and a dashboard your management team can open on a Monday morning.
Larger work — consolidating multiple systems, building a warehouse underneath, adding forecasting — is scoped separately. We would rather tell you a small project is enough than sell you a large one you do not need.

Which BI tools do you work with?

In most cases yes. The usual approach is to extract data on a schedule into a central store, then report from there — which avoids putting reporting load on the system your team uses every day.
